The cafe downstairs was comfortable once the air had cleared, though smoking is allowed there. Reception was welcoming and professional, and the WiFi worked well. The apartments are clean, tidy, and comfortable, with large rooms and a lovely, modest decor. The kitchenette has enough supplies for basic cooking. I think it’s good value for money, and I’d recommend Lavina hotel apartment for a visit to Ha'il.
