The washing machine was useful, though it wasn't automatic, and the place was very clean and well organized. The staff were really helpful too. It was a great place to stay and very good value for the money.

I was very pleased with the front desk, the rooms, and the service. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenity kit was very good for this price range. It's good value for money. Thanks to the staff for their good work, and good luck to them.

We had a one bedroom apartment, and the bed was very comfortable. The furnishings were nice, the decor was very good, and everything was extremely clean. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We'd definitely recommend staying here when visiting Hail.

The surroundings were peaceful, and the rooms were huge and self contained. They'd work for a family, or even as a place to hold a meeting. Really, wow!
