The calm, welcoming atmosphere made the stay relaxing, and the convenient location made it easy to get around. The team were polite and helpful the whole way from check-in to check-out. My room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. I was impressed by the service and attention to detail, and would definitely recommend Assila Hotel as a well-run place to stay.

Il Café made our Iftar evening feel special, with delicious food and a wonderful variety. The setting was warm and elegant, just right for breaking the fast. Aijan welcomed us when we arrived, and her hospitality really reflected the spirit of Ramadan. Thanks to the whole team for a memorable evening. I'd love to come back.

The room was beautifully appointed and impeccably maintained, and housekeeping kept the same excellent standard throughout my stay. When Mr. Ahmed Alghamdi and Mr. Hassan Orfali suggested a room upgrade, they presented it thoughtfully, with my comfort and value in mind rather than making it feel like a transaction. I decided to go ahead, and their mix of commercial awareness and genuine care for guests was impressive. The reception team also made arrival and check-in smooth and professional. Assila, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jeddah, showed strong operational discipline and service that meets international luxury standards. I would gladly recommend it and hope to return.

Every member of staff was friendly, attentive, and professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere felt calm, welcoming, and genuinely luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. From arrival through checkout, the stay exceeded what I expected. Highly recommend.
