The room floor was dirty, and it smelled of both disinfectant and cigarette smoke. I spent two days asking for towels and drinking water, but the first night passed without any towels despite being told to wait. Water didn't arrive until 10 p.m. on the second night. A terrible experience, the worst I've had.

The service and communication were bad. There were no towels, and the room didn't have water or an electric kettle. Not good.

I loved the location, with shops and other businesses right outside, and the sea and corniche park maybe less than a 10-minute walk away. The room's atmosphere felt relaxing and comfortable, though it looked a little dated around the doors. Maybe those marks were just from the paint. The rooms and location would get 5 stars from me, but the service brings this down to 3. We were given misinformation, then met with rudeness when payment was collected because of what one of the istikbal had told us. We also asked for room cleaning and came back to find it hadn't been done.
