The room feels nearly new, with the furnishings in good shape and a nice look. The rate seemed somewhat high, though. Wi-Fi coverage could be improved with a booster or by moving the router so it reaches across the whole room. The washroom plumbing also needs proper work, particularly around the shower.

The facilities were dirty, and you can hear other people because there is almost no noise insulation. The shower temperature can't be adjusted either. I'd only stay here if money were so tight that I had no other choice.

We were given a one-bed room after booking a two-bed room, with no proper explanation. There were odd smells in the room and nearby areas were very dirty. Breakfast wasn't pleasant, and there seemed to be bugs around, which made it hard to sleep. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Ismail and the whole front desk team made me feel welcome. They must have noticed how tired I was, because they gave me a complimentary upgrade to a suite. Thank you 🙏🏻

Bro Ismael at reception was friendly and really accommodating. Even with my limited Arabic, I felt comfortable.
