I had a good one-night stay and asked the manager for a good rate without booking through a site. He was very friendly. The staff were kind, well trained, and smiled at customers. The food was decent with a nice range, and the two sections had a pleasant atmosphere and interiors. It would help to add more dish labels for guests of different nationalities. The stairs and design details felt random, and the pool isn’t very big. There are lots of places to sit and work without disturbing anyone. You could also look into whether there are other facilities like libraries. Try to get a good rate, either from the manager or through booking. Highly recommended.

We spent a wonderful week here and would love to return. The hotel was spotless and welcoming, with an elegant restaurant that really deserves its five stars. Breakfast was delicious, and Mustafa, the Indian chef, made us amazing omelets. In the evening, Hamid, the Indian cook, made a wonderful New Year’s dinner, and we send him big respect. Ahmed Osman and Eman from the service team looked after us so well. They were friendly and gave us tips about the area and nearby places to visit. We found Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, very safe and friendly toward tourists. We’re flying back to Germany now, but we won’t forget this stay. Thanks to the whole Hilton team for such a lovely time. You can rent a car directly at the hotel for a very good price, around 40 euros a day. Highly recommended. Thanks ❤️

Breakfast was amazing, and the views were fantastic. Yazeed was welcoming and helpful at check-in, and managed to arrange an early check-in for us on a busy day. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

The rooms are spacious, the hotel is very clean throughout, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The on-site facilities are plentiful and high quality, and the location is great. The pool terrace is huge, but there are only eight sunbeds despite space for around 100. There are no sunshade umbrellas either. It would be better if staff offered food and drinks poolside, instead of guests having to go inside, find someone, and then wait for delivery. A poolside BBQ could be worth considering. Travelers are unlikely to find three local people to play with, so the padel courts should be available to book through Playtomic.

A perfect stay, with lots of activities for all ages. The design, interiors, and location are great, and the gym is one of the biggest around. I’d strongly recommend it, especially booking a sea-view room.
