Kyona gold

The place is lovely and reasonably priced, and the staff, manager, and other employees were professional while still being friendly and easy to approach. May God bless them.

My stay at Kyona was a great experience. The staff were very cooperative and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Mr Waleed, Operation Manager.

The room looked clean and modern, but the stay was a mess. There were no towels or hot water, and the phone wouldn’t connect me to reception, so I had to go downstairs myself. Maintenance came by but nothing was fixed; they only pointed out that the cold water worked. At checkout, I was hurried along even though basic needs hadn’t been met. The door jammed and someone had to open it from the window. That window was huge and had been left unlocked the entire time. It felt unsafe and unprofessional, and nothing like the luxury the place appeared to offer.

Mr. Waleed and Mr. Muhannad are the people to ask for. They’re so hospitable and make sure you’re comfortable, without hesitation.
