What stood out most was the staff. They accidentally charged me for an extra day after a misunderstanding with the receptionist, whose English was limited, but they refunded it honestly. The hotel sits in the city center, yet away from the crowds, with shopping malls, attractions, restaurants, coffee shops, and a large mosque within walking distance or easy reach. It was truly an exceptional stay. BRAVO!
The staff and receptionists were easy to work with and very cooperative. My one-bedroom apartment was large, tidy, and clean throughout. 😊

The receptionist was cheerful, helpful, and clearly knew her job, five stars for her. The room gets three, though. It was dusty and needs better cleaning.
Please don't stay here. The prices are high for what you get, and it feels like they're charging for five or seven star service when they don't seem to care about hygiene, your peace of mind, or how upsetting the stay can be. The hotel is cheap, but full of insects. When you go to bed, it feels like you're under a bedbug blanket instead of a cotton one. I have no words for these people. The receptionist especially had no manners with clients. It's fine if she can't speak English, but she could at least show some empathy. Don't risk ruining your vacation, your kids' stay, or your health. A huge no. Never recommended.
