Narcissus Resort and Spa Obhur Jeddah

Mohammed and his restaurant team were consistently kind, attentive, and professional, and made our meals a pleasure. Estella and Rawdah at the spa were just as accommodating and professional, creating a calm, personal, special experience. From arrival onward, the staff were genuinely kind, professional, and ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, and the food was delicious and clearly made with care. I had a lovely stay at Narcissus Hotel Obhur and would happily return. You really feel well looked after, right down to the details.

Mr Shabir was so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and made the service feel personal. The food was delicious, though having different meals each day would make the restaurant even better. The villa pools are on the small side. From the chocolate dates, coffee, and frozen shakes at check-in to checkout, everything else was excellent. Thanks for everything.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept, with housekeeping available around the clock. We also had a smart TV and good in-room entertainment. Breakfast and dinner buffets are included for one guest per room, and guests with room bookings get complimentary beach and pool access. The staff were kind, understanding, and available 24/7. No complaints, whether for a short visit or a longer stay at Narcissus Obhur.

We visited twice, paying for special entry to the beach where bikinis are allowed. The fee also covered food, which Sumon, the captain waiter, brought right to our sunbed, plus entry to the spa with its steam bath, sauna, and jacuzzi. Ashraf, the Concierge Manager, and his team welcomed us warmly and were very helpful. Essan the barista offered Arabic coffee and dates. Everyone was kind and supportive, so we recommend the hotel even for an afternoon in the sun. Top!
