Sarwat Park Hotel Jeddah

The room worked perfectly for one person, and I stayed for three nights. It was clean and really tidy, close to Cournich. The reception staff were kind and quick with service, and the manager was especially helpful. I’d recommend the place.

The peaceful setting was a highlight, with very little traffic and a nice garden view. It’s also close to the corniche, about a five-minute walk. A nice stay with a pleasant atmosphere.

At check-in in the afternoon on 14th June, I was first given a room whose key card didn’t work. They then handed me a physical key, even though the door’s keyhole was already open so it could be unlocked that way. The hotel wasn’t full, so I wondered if the receptionist was playing a practical joke. He also said he’d given me a free room upgrade, but service has dropped since my last visit. I checked out early and definitely wouldn’t stay again. Management needs to fix reception, because the staff are running the business into the ground, intentionally, as far as I can tell.

Sarwat Park Jeddah is a good affordable option if you want to be near the garden and Jeddah beach. The location is perfect, and I really enjoyed my stay. Ms Manal at reception was kind and helpful with visitors. I’d recommend it.
