The only thing that bothers me is the outside noise from cars. That may not be their fault, but perhaps they could add something to block it. Otherwise, everything is perfect. I’ve stayed in lots of aparthotels, and this one definitely wins. Aljoury is one of Jeddah’s most underrated aparthotels, and I’m so happy I chose it.

Mahfuz is a wonderful, honest, and smart staff member. The room service is excellent.

The rooms are big, and the location is nice. The bathroom is spacious too, but the shower is really bad. After three minutes, the bathroom turns into a swimming pool.

The management handled things very badly. The toilets were dirty, and the bed sheets were too. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

The rooms need an upgrade as soon as possible. Also, the receptionist speaks only Arabic.
