The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the hotel was very family-friendly, a great fit for families with children. We were invited to dine there and treated like VIPs. The owner was kind and wonderful, looking after us and helping arrange excursions and attractions every day. The staff also gave us exceptional service, and we felt cared for throughout the stay. I've never experienced this kind of hospitality at another hotel. Taj Jeddah really stands out. Our stay was a complete success, and I'd gladly recommend the place for a future visit.

We arrived for a holiday as two families without really knowing what to expect. Saudi Arabia is still a new and exotic destination for Europeans, having only opened up recently. What we found went beyond all our expectations. At Taj Jeddah Serviced Apartments, the staff and management were on another level. They welcomed us warmly, helped arrange trips and pointed us toward the best sights in the city. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We haven't been shown hospitality like that anywhere in Europe, or experienced anything like it in our lives. The place was clean and well maintained, with a great location and service. As a European, I'd absolutely recommend it, and I'd encourage people to visit Saudi Arabia, a great country with wonderful people.
