The spa was an extraordinary experience, well beyond what I expected. Ms. Noura deserves special thanks for her hospitality and dedication to guests. I also appreciate Ms. Sara, the manager, for her attention to detail and supervision, along with Ms. Amal, Ms. coach Sara, Ms. alanoud, and Ms. Malak for their warm welcome. Ladies Marcel, michel, hershey, and femia also provided lovely service. I’ll definitely come back, and highly recommend visiting for a relaxing time.

The food was delicious, and Elaine & Mary welcomed us warmly and gave us the best service. Amani was especially kind and supportive, truly more than professional, and Mr Khalid was very supportive too. The hotel is perfect and the staff are professional. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices and a beautiful view, and Elaine & Alnur made it even nicer with warm, friendly, attentive service. I had a wonderful stay at Waldorf Astoria Qasr Al Sharq last weekend. The atmosphere felt elegant and relaxing. Highly recommended!
