The workers treated clients poorly, and they wouldn’t let me switch rooms. There were no towels and nowhere to sit, with very poor hygiene conditions.

Room cleaning could be better. The manager and staff were solid, though, and the cleaning staff were friendly and smiled. The apartment service was good, masallah.

There were no towels, and nowhere to sit. Hygiene was very poor, they wouldn’t let me change rooms, and the workers didn’t treat clients well.

The room was dirty and there was no service. I had a very bad experience with the staff, and the receptionist was rude.
