أويو 590 ديالا للوحدات السكنية

The location is excellent, but we had a very bad experience with the management. We'd booked seven single rooms and instead got three two-room apartments and one single room. They were rude and didn't apologize. We called the tourist police, and then their attitude shifted to trying to appease us. We agreed because it was the middle of the night and we couldn't find another place. The rooms were bare: no soap, tissues, or water, and the shower was broken too.

The apartments are clean, well maintained, and reasonably priced, with amenities close by. The staff were especially polite and professional, and their service was exceptional. Many thanks to them.

The location is handy, with supermarkets, a barbershop, laundromats, and a bank nearby. Across the road you'll find restaurants, Khamis Avenue, Jarir Bookstore, and Hyper Panda. Prices are competitive. The apartments are clean, have parking and internet on every floor, and the Sudanese and Egyptian reception staff are very polite. Ayoub, the service worker, does his best for the residents.

I had a great experience here before, with good service and cleanliness, but this time was very, very bad. The apartments were unclean, reception staff were rude, and the price was exorbitant. I was exhausted from a long journey, otherwise I wouldn't have booked, even at a lower price. If you charge so much, I hope you provide a fair return. Thank you.
