Abeer Al Jummayzah

The service made a big impression on me. The staff were welcoming from arrival, handled check-in smoothly, and went out of their way to help, including sharing local recommendations. The elegant decor and clean, inviting atmosphere stood out too. My room was modern, spacious, spotless, and had everything I needed. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated the bottled water and quality toiletries. The location was within walking distance of key attractions, yet quiet enough for a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the on-site restaurant's breakfast, with its wide range of choices. I had a fantastic stay at abeer aljumaizah. It exceeded my expectations, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone wanting a luxurious, relaxing visit. I can't wait to return.

The location is far away, and the transport only runs when there's a group. The staff and bus drivers were rude and unhelpful. Our rooms were dirty, the washrooms hadn't been cleaned, and the bedsheets weren't changed until we asked several times. I wouldn't recommend it for any Haji.

The rooms are clean, the AC works fine, the food is good, and the staff are cooperative. The shuttle service is nice too. It's a good option if you're after a regular-range hotel in Makkah. If you're reading this, remember me in your prayers.

This place felt more like a hostel than a hotel. There were cockroaches in the room, and the sheets and towels were dirty even after washing. They wouldn't change the bedsheets until we complained repeatedly. The laundry was the worst I've ever seen: clothes went missing, white items came back dirty, and black clothes lost their color. A lot of stuff was stolen. One day the power went out and took 2-3 hours to come back.
