Masjid al haram was really close, it felt like makarem hotel was right inside the haram. I stayed four days at mskarem ajyad hot mokkah and had a fantastic, memorable experience. The staff hospitality was great, and the front desk, reception and belldesk services were osume. Soud at reception was very helpful and professional. MD.IMAM, the doorman, was always smiling and gave off a positive vibe. Mr.Naeem was another smart gye, and the way he worked as a bellman was ideal. Thanks to everybody and to the makarem hotel management for making the environment very comfotable for the Gust of Allah.

Mr. Mashhour was professional, quick to respond to requests or problems, and had a great service attitude. Mr. Daud was also always there to help us during our stay. The hotel is reasonably priced and very close to the Haram, so it’s definitely worth visiting again. The one issue was the lifts. Only two were working while we were there, and the waits got quite long at busy times.

Its best feature is the location, but the hotel isn’t suitable for families with kids. Google shows it as 4 star, though in reality it’s more like a 1 star hotel.

My room was on level 1613, with a direct view of the zam zam tower. The hotel is near kabah, about a 15-minute walk if you go slowly. Please visit Al Massa Grand Hotel when you’re in mecca for umrah.

The food suited my taste and was delicious, and alhamdulillah the room and toilet were clean. Our room was the smallest one for 3 adults, with no room for our luggage until we rearranged the beds. There are 4 elevators, but they’re slow. I hardly saw the room service boy, and room service feels like a dream. We got only 3 bottled waters on the first day, then none after that. Alhamdulillah there’s plenty of zam zam water at Masjidil Haram to bring back to the hotel.
