Al Marwa Rayhaan by Rotana

We had a great experience with the quick, kind staff and the excellent hospitality. The rooms were impressive and had all the facilities we needed. At breakfast and sahoor, there were Arabic, Western, and Asian dishes to choose from, and the menu was amazing. This is the best hotel I’ve tried in Makkah. I’d recommend it and hope to stay here again on my next visit.

Breakfast was a real treat, and Chef Anirwa from Indonesia made it even better. He was attentive and checked whether we wanted anything from the kitchen that wasn’t on the buffet. We loved our time here! ✨

Our rooms were clean and had useful amenities, and there was a tasty selection of food, especially the Asian dishes. During our Hajj, the front office, security, and restaurant teams were all friendly. Chef Dito, waiter Azi, and Ulumudin in F&B were attentive, while Hossain, Antur, and Sumon from housekeeping were kind and helpful. Thanks, Rotana, for everything. Keep up the good work!

Mr. Mamon made us feel at home throughout the meal. He served each dish with a warm smile, was attentive and kind, and his positive manner made the experience especially comfortable. The restaurant was clean, pleasant, and well organized. The food was excellent too, with lots of choice and especially memorable meat dishes that were flavorful and cooked just right. We had a delightful meal at the Rotana Hotel, Clock Tower, Saudi Arabia, and would recommend it to anyone visiting Makkah for a good dining experience.
