The room and hallway were cramped and smelled bad, and the carpet was filthy. We planned to stay three days, but after a night we noticed bedbugs. My husband and I started itching and getting rashes, so we booked another hotel and left. The place is badly worn down. We were there for only about half an hour, yet the manager argued with us, denied there were bedbugs, and refused to refund us. We ended up paying for all three nights. I'd look for another place.
We picked this hotel because it was near Al-Haram and Masjidul Aisha. The small rooms weren't even the biggest problem. There were no towels, no shower curtain, and the toilet seat was broken off from the toilet. The fridge was broken too, with a couple of screws loose. No matter how many times you ask for basic things a hotel should have, they just don't provide them. There's no real service, and hardly anything is in decent condition. It feels like an atrocious place to stay, even temporarily. Don't come here.
I've been with the hotel since January 02,2025, and they've provided all kinds of facilities. Housekeeping and hospitality are there, along with the other things pilgrims need. It's one of the best hotels I've ever seen in KSA, exceptional in a word.

The rooms are good, and the location is decent too, about a 15-20 minute walk from the Haram. But the staff were 100% rude and didn't speak nicely to people. At 4am they took 100 riyal from me, which I thought covered the whole night. In the morning they called again, said I had to pay more for the stay, and took another 90 riyal. The staff weren't good. You can find better options, thank you.
