The staff are very friendly, and the facilities are sufficient, though the rooms are small. For a Hajj crowd, there aren’t enough lifts. It feels more like a 3 star hotel. The location is quite far from haram e kaaba and about a 20 minutes walk from Mina.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants across the road, and public buses run along the route. Still, from Azizia it takes a long time to get to Haram and back, and all that transportation is tiring. Pilgrims coming from abroad need time for prayers and Tawaaf, as well as some peace of mind, but the hotel is far away.
The hotel has good rooms and service, but it’s far from Haram, so you need transport to reach the Holy mosque. That makes it a poor choice for elderly or disabled people. Apart from the distance, the hotel is very good.
