The rooms were clean and nice, and Jahanzeb looked after us well. The price was affordable, but getting there was awful. Taxi drivers had trouble finding the place and then charged us £15-20 for a ride. I wouldn’t stay here again because the location is horrible.

Jagangir at the front desk was outstanding. He answered every question and speaks several languages, which made things much easier. The hotel itself was decent, but the trip to the Heram adds up fast. It was about 25 SAR to get there, and taxis back to the hotel cost us 50-80 SAR. If you need a cheaper hotel, this could work, but otherwise I’d pick somewhere closer.

I wouldn’t recommend trying this hotel at all. There’s no bus transport, and the shuttle only goes out and back two or three times. Don’t wait around, just take a taxi and save yourself the trouble. Their location isn’t clearly shown on Google, and they don’t answer calls. Based on my own experience, I’d rate it 2/10.
