The hotel was generally fair, but it wasn't clean. The walk to Ka'abah takes about 30 minutes, depending on traffic, so most people seem to have to take the bus. Three buses weren't enough for everyone traveling to or from Ka'abah during Ramadan and Hajj. The room key went missing at reception, and there was no master key or spare. We only found it by chance, and its label had been changed.
Cockroaches in the room, and no soap, shampoo, towels, tissues, drinking water, or meals. The air conditioning was very loud. I've never had worse service, and I can't see why anyone would want to stay here.
My stay here left me with a bad memory. The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms weren't good, and there were no guest services. It's a bad hotel in makkah.
It's not bad, but the prices and housekeeping need attention.
The management was very poor. The refrigerator, beds, TV, and A/C were old and damaged, and none of them worked properly.
