Burj Farah Hotel

I had to find parking somewhere else after paying for a family room at a premium rate. The online price had been lower, but I accepted the higher amount because free parking was supposedly included. Before paying, I asked the Arab lady at reception twice if a space was available. She said yes and mentioned that she'd have the room boy move their Hiace van to make room. Once I'd paid, she called the room boy, BENGAL national, to move the bus and assign me a spot. He was aggressive and rude, shouted that I should leave if I didn't like it, and wouldn't cooperate. The receptionist apologized and tried to step in, but he ignored her. Had he parked the bus properly, my vehicle could have fit. Instead, it blocked the whole area and took up space for two vehicles. I attached a photo showing how it was parked. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with today's experience. The parking offer felt like a fake way to attract customers, and the staff member's behavior could really hurt the hotel's reputation. I reported what happened to the receptionist, who gave a half-hearted apology. I would never recommend this property to anyone. The service was unacceptable, and I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. Avoid this place.
