There’s no room service, and the staff rarely clean either the rooms or the common areas. You also have to ask before they’ll share the wifi password. The hotel is close to the Haram, and you can walk to the mosque. Restaurants and mini marts are nearby too.
The one reason I gave it three stars was a cooperative Yemeni guy at reception. Otherwise, it isn’t worth it. The staff were careless, the sheets were often still dirty and unchanged between visitors, and the hotel isn’t close to Haram. You mostly need a taxi if you can’t walk a long way. There’s no grocery store open all the time nearby.
