The hotel gets busy and sometimes noisy, especially in the lobby and elevators, with many group travelers and a large number of Turkish pilgrims. It’s often used by Umrah groups from Turkey. Rooms are basic and functional, but can feel small and crowded when several people share one. The furnishings and facilities seem a bit old, and cleanliness is generally acceptable but not always spot on. Housekeeping can be inconsistent when the hotel is busy. Getting to Masjid al-Haram is another mixed part of the stay. It’s not very close, so most people use the shuttle or a taxi. Walking can take around 20 minutes or more, which feels tiring after long prayers, and transport gets crowded and less convenient during peak Umrah periods. It’s an average budget hotel, not awful, but it may not offer the comfort or convenience some travelers expect.

The location was good overall, but the housekeeping staff didn’t respond.

I stayed for a week and had a good experience overall. It’s a clean, nice place with 24/7 shuttle service, though it’s away from the Haram. Breakfast was average. Cleanliness was good, but they may be understaffed, since rooms weren’t cleaned regularly.

The room was good for the price, and breakfast was okay. The hotel is up on a hill and away from the Haram, with a shuttle every 45 minutes. There’s no room service. I ate breakfast in my room and had to take the plates out myself, but even after leaving them in the corridor, they weren’t collected.

The regular bus to the Haram was running 24/7 during my stay, from 1st - 3rd Feb 2017. Rooms are nice but basic, with no kettle or tea. Breakfast is very basic too, though enough to get you going.
