Emaar Andalusia was a very pleasant stay, and I’d happily return. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Haram, and it’s great value for money. The room was quiet, the bed cozy, and everything was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was clean too, though a bit small. The staff were excellent, especially Md Nasir Molla, who was polite, attentive, and quick to take care of anything I needed. Alhamdulillah, the warm hospitality and great service made the stay lovely.

Emaar Andalusia was an average stay for the price. It’s reasonably convenient for reaching the Haram, depending on what you expect and how you travel, and the facilities are decent for a short visit to Makkah for religious purposes. The rooms are manageable but not spacious. Cleanliness was acceptable, though there’s room to improve, and the amenities are basic, with nothing premium or luxurious. Service was average. Staff were generally fine, but their response time and attentiveness could be better, especially when busy, and things sometimes felt unorganized. It’s fair value for money, neither disappointing nor outstanding. For a budget-friendly stay without high-end comfort, it can be a reasonable choice.

The rooms are compact, but they’re clean, well kept, and arranged well enough for a comfortable stay. I spent eight days at Emaar Andalusia and found the Wi-Fi reliable, which helped over a longer visit. Getting to the Haram was especially convenient. It’s so close that if you’re late for prayer, you can pray just outside the hotel. Housekeeping was consistently quick and courteous, and the reception team, especially Ms. Asma, were helpful and polite. Mr. Saif was approachable and understanding, too. I was very happy with the stay and would recommend it to people visiting Makkah, particularly for Umrah or a longer visit.

There are four automated lifts, and the hotel has a prayer room where you can join the Kaaba Sharif Jamaat. The hotel boys and concierge were excellent, and reception was helpful. Cleanliness was OK for me. It’s about 600 meters from the Kaaba, near the pigeons’ flying area, with restaurants close by. The surrounding roads are lively, with lots of shops and nearby hotels. Most rooms are good, though a few used during check-in and check-out transitions are exceptions. Prices were competitive, and the restaurant could be a little more vibrant. Emar al diyafa group has several hotels in Makkah and Madinah. This is a relatively new chain, and I found it good for the budget, quality, and service. You’ll like it.

The bathroom is a serious hazard. The shower tray is raised and has a curtain, and the space is so small that water ends up all over the floor. I was afraid I’d get hurt while showering: slip in the tray, or slip on the wet floor afterwards. Why provide a floor squeegee if guests are left with this setup? They lost our booking, so we spent the first night at a hotel 20 minutes away by car. From the second night, we were put in a double room with three lumpy single beds, no table, and no suitable cupboards for our things. The rooms are tiny, and the place is about a 15-minute walk from al-Haramain. Avoid this place. It feels like they’ve packed in small rooms and unsafe showers to monopolize guests. It’s disgusting for this location and the people the hotel should be serving.
