Getting to shops and public transport was convenient, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my visit. Staff were polite and helpful with my questions. It was a smooth, satisfying stay.

Being close to Haram was a plus. The room, though, had a bad smell, which really took away from the stay. The hotel also seemed dirty, with narrow rooms and old-fashioned decor. It may need renovation and maintenance to meet modern cleanliness and comfort standards.

Just a normal hotel, but the hand shower next to the high commode had such weak water pressure that it seemed unusable. Service boys told me it had stayed broken for a long time despite earlier complaints, which isn’t acceptable. I was in room 802 from 17-26 December, 2024, and would advise future guests to avoid that room.

The hotel is a long way from Masjed Haram. There’s only one golf car, it isn’t in good condition, and it doesn’t run around the clock.
