The rooms have carpet, but they feel pretty old and not especially comfortable. Food and the other facilities were average at best. It’s an average place to stay, so don’t expect luxury.

The staff were quick to help and always smiling, and there’s a regular bus to Al-Haram. The room was spacious and quiet, with a comfortable bed. A mosque, supermarket, and restaurant are all very close by, and it’s also near Mena.

The customer service was the best part. The people were really wonderful, and the hotel is beautiful and deserves five stars.

The kitchen gas doesn’t work, so basically it’s just a sink. Communication has been poor too. I asked for a water boiler and am still waiting after two days. I’ll definitely avoid this place next time.

Having a kitchen in the room was a real plus, especially for families with kids. There’s parking, and the access road is easy to use. Good stay ☺!
