The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and even with so many guests, elevator waits never got long. That made getting to the Haram convenient. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout. Check-in was smooth and efficient. Br. Hamed at the front desk was especially kind and helpful, and went out of his way to meet our needs during the stay. We had a wonderful experience at Hilton Suites Jabal Omar Makkah, and I’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting Makkah.

The Iftar was delicious, and our room, 903, was always neat and clean thanks to Mr. Liton, who did a top-notch job cleaning it. I’d very much like to stay at this hotel again next time I’m in Makkah, In Shaa Allah.

Our Umrah stay at the Hilton Suites was exceptional, thanks in large part to two team members. MD Abu Bakar kept our room spotless, comfortable, and welcoming throughout. He was polite, professional, thoughtful, and attentive to detail. His care added something special to our spiritual journey, and we’re grateful for it. At the restaurant, waiter Ramadan Abdulaziz made every meal enjoyable. He was warm and professional, anticipated what we needed, and checked in at just the right times. His care and positive attitude really stood out. Both of them made us feel looked after and elevated the stay. We’d highly recommend them to anyone visiting. Hilton is fortunate to have team members like these, and we sincerely appreciate everything they did.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the comfortable, relaxing atmosphere showed a high standard of care. Staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive, which made our stay better. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and Hamed Al-Maliki (Hamed Al-Maliki) and Waseem Raza (Waseem Raza) at the front desk were especially helpful and kind. They consistently went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Everything exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and would gladly stay here again.
