The bus to al haram is extremely punctual, so being even a minute late means missing it. The price is relatively cheap for the area, and the rooms have great air conditioning and really comfortable beds. The built-in closet isn't very sl, and the toilets are clean but cramped. The stay could be improved. There's no WiFi in the rooms, which makes a big difference to me, and the rooms aren't maintained or cleaned well. At least the carpets need a proper clean. They only give one key per room, with no extra available. The receptionist is often missing, so you have to wait for them to show up. Service is very bad and takes ages, even for a requested room service.

The staff are responsive, and so far the hotel has kept its rooms and washrooms clean while charging budget rates. Cleanliness at that price is one of the things I value most in a hotel.

The interior is excellent, the location is good, and the staff are supportive. It's good value for money and I had a good experience. There is no shuttle service or parking, and there aren't any restaurants nearby. The rooms don't have kitchenettes either.

Even though my stay was short, I was very pleased with this place. The rooms were clean and well organized, and it was a very good place for me to stay. I'll add the names of the staff I dealt with, who helped make my stay good, later.

The internet was really good and fast at night, but the room was very dirty. The bed smelled bad, and the pillows were dirty with hair on them. Someone in the room next door was allowed to smoke cigarettes at 4am, and the smoke alarm kept beeping.
