My first Omra with Nizar Travel turned out to be a lovely, stress-free experience. A friend had suggested them, and from my first visit to their office they made me feel at home. They handled the hospitality and visa arrangements and booked us one of the best hotels, only a 5-minute walk from the Haram. At the airport they guided us through smoothly, then connected us with a wonderful morchid, rabi yahaafdo. He was patient, caring, and there for everyone, which made the spiritual journey unforgettable. Thank you, Nizar Travel. I'd recommend them to anyone planning Omra or Hajj.

There was no transportation to the Haram, which made for a horrible experience. If you want an easy trip there and a comfortable stay, don't consider this hotel.

Be careful, this hotel needs full maintenance. The rooms and bathrooms were very dirty and smelled bad, and the shower had very low water pressure. There was no internet in the rooms, so I had to go to reception or stand in the corridor to get online. Don't book here, you'll be very disappointed.

The hotel has enough lifts to handle guests going between floors, and there's a shuttle bus every 30 minutes between Masjid Al Haram and jayan hotel. It's a good hotel, and they have seasonal offers and discounts to enjoy.

One bus isn't enough to deal with the transportation problem, especially with elderly people staying at the hotel. Please fix this.
