I finally got a room at 11:00 PM after waiting at reception and arguing for nearly an hour. I'd arrived at 3:30 PM, been told it wasn't ready, gone for Umrah, then returned at 10:00 PM to find it still wasn't ready. The reception staff were unprofessional and handled things poorly. Once in the room, traffic, buses, and honking made it hard to sleep. The AC exhaust fell off during the night and I had to repair it myself, while the leaking sink drain spilled water on my feet. My earlier stay at Lamar Al Ajyad Hotel in Makkah with my family had been acceptable, but this recent visit was a complete nightmare. My rating would be 0/10, and I don't recommend it.

It was okay, neither especially good nor bad. The rooms weren't cleaned properly and the service could have been better. You have to take a bus all the way to the Haram, though that was manageable since I spent most of the day out.

For a reasonable price, this is a good, clean hotel in Makkah. It's on the main Ajyad street, so if the shuttle makes you wait too long, you can take a taxi instead. There's parking at the back in an open area watched by surveillance cameras, plus food options and an in-house cafe.

The internet was almost unusable and caused a lot of inconvenience. Staff were rude, unhelpful, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional, making the whole stay uncomfortable. Service and hospitality were far below expectations. I don't recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, and an excellent bus service to alharram. A good choice for the price.
