Le Meridien Towers Makkah

The shuttle to Haram made our stay easy. It was fast, well organized, and always available, much better than the service at other hotels. Everything else was good too, and we were very satisfied with our stay at Le Meridien Towers Hotel, Makkah. Highly recommended.

The location keeps you away from the noise, which is nice, though reaching the main shopping area by the clock tower takes a bus ride and a walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always rushing to serve. Jamil kindly handled the extra restaurant orders I needed, and the restaurant served suhoor during Ramadan.

A small market and restaurant in the basement came in handy for quick meals and basic shopping. Le Méridien Towers Makkah also has spacious, luxurious suites at reasonable prices compared with many nearby hotels. The caring, respectful, well-mannered staff made the stay better, and the 24/7 shuttle regularly runs to Masjid Al Haram, making travel easy. It's a comfortable option for pilgrims visiting Masjid Al Haram.

The regular shuttle to the mosque made getting around convenient and stress-free, and the breakfast was another highlight. There was a rich, varied spread, from fresh fruit and vegetables to freshly made omelettes, along with a great choice of hot and cold drinks. The breakfast team were friendly and ready to help. This was my second stay, and I felt comfortable and well looked after again. The staff were warm when I arrived, consistently friendly and attentive, and always willing to help. My room was quiet and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping came daily, changing the towels and water and making the bed, so everything stayed in order. I can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. Thanks to all the staff for making my stay so wonderful.
