Lualuat Ajyad Hotel

I came for Umrah, and that part of the trip was fulfilling, but the staff's attitude was a real letdown. They spoke to guests as if we were staying for free, and their tone and manner were unprofessional. On my fourth day, I still had no keycard, so I had to ask staff to let me into my room each time. They responded with frustration and anger, as if I had done something wrong. What was I meant to do, break the door? The rooms are decent, but the shuttle service was terrible. It was often an hour late. If you left the Haram at Isha, you might not get back to the hotel until Fajr. Don't trust the agent's praise of the place. Room service was bad too. I learned my lesson and won't book here again, and I'd advise others to avoid it.
