M Hotel Makkah by Millennium

I’ve been staying at Millennium Hotel Makkah for the past two months, mostly on floors 12 and 15. The hotel is excellent, and the cleanliness and organization of the rooms and hallways have made my stay comfortable. Mr. Raslan deserves special thanks. He’s dedicated, attentive, quick to respond, and always ready to help. His work and professionalism really stand out, and the housekeeping team’s efforts have made the hotel even better. Please pass along my sincere appreciation to him.

I stayed at M Millennium Hotel Makkah during Ramadan 2026 in peak season. The rooms and amenities were neat and well maintained, housekeeping was excellent, and the staff were professional and cooperative. It was a pleasant, satisfying stay. The main drawbacks were the slow WiFi and weak signal in the rooms, plus the shuttle. The hotel is about 2 km from Masjid al-Haram and currently runs only one bus, which can’t fit everyone, especially around Fajr. It also takes a longer route. I preferred walking, which took 35-40 minutes, or taking a taxi for around 30-40 SAR. The hotel is about 15 minutes by taxi from Ibrahim Al Khalil Road.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. M Hotel Makkah by Millennium on Ibrahim Al Khalil Road was clean, modern, and well cared for, with smooth service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and the housekeeping was excellent. The lobby also felt calm and welcoming. It’s a little farther from the Haram than some hotels, but the quality for the price made that a small compromise. The value is outstanding by Makkah standards. The rooms are practical for small groups, and I’d also recommend it to solo travelers looking for somewhere clean, reliable, and affordable. I’d happily stay again.

The hotel feels like a five-star property, and the service is fine. Hot and cold water were available all the time. A three-bed room felt too small, though, and they provided only two cups. The bathroom was just okay and could be better. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant costs 55 SAR per person. Recommended, and more convenient than VOCO.
