This place doesn't deserve any stars. We had a terrible experience with the family, and the staff were rude...

The rooms are good, but service is slow. Housekeeping doesn't show up every day. The hotel runs a bus to the Haram, since you can't walk there from here. The rest is okay.

The room was tremendous, and the service wasn't bad. The hotel is some distance from Al Haram, but after that everything was sublime.

Cleanliness was a five-star part of an amazing stay, though the hotel is very far from Makkah. Apart from that, I had a good experience ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐

Housekeeping was really poor and the service was the worst. We waited 30 minutes for the lift.
