The beds are super comfortable, and since the hotel is newly built, the rooms and washrooms are very clean. But the location is about 3.4 Km from Haram, so getting there and back depends on the hotel shuttle. With only 2 shuttles, you have to leave almost 2 hours before each prayer. Miss one and you miss the prayer. Afterward, finding your shuttle among 100 buses is a real mess and exhausting. I switched hotels and prefer walking to Haram. There’s only one working electrical outlet in the whole room, and the fridge doesn’t work.

There’s no warm or hot water, which made the stay really uncomfortable. I was there for 3 days, and nobody cleaned the extremely dirty, unhygienic room once. I complained several times, but the staff didn’t listen or communicate properly. Very disappointing, unacceptable service. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The shuttle service was totally the worst, and the reception and service were very bad too. The staff were nonsense and didn’t know how to speak to people. Don’t waste your very important time at this garbage hotel.

The hotel itself is OK, but the shuttle service is very poor. It’s 3km from harram.

It’s too far from haram, and the shuttle service is terrible. There’s no wifi network, no laundry service, and no facilities at all. The staff are unprofessional. Not recommended.
