Mohammad Khodar in the laundry department made my stay even better. He took great care with my premium and delicate clothes, and returned everything clean, crisp, perfectly pressed, and on time. His attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. The housekeeping team kept my room spotless every day, and the elegant, welcoming lobby added to a fantastic stay. The hotel’s hospitality was top-notch, with world-class service. Highly recommended, especially for Mohammad Khodar’s amazing laundry care.

Mr. Nizam Uddin and Mr. Masood were especially helpful, professional, and attentive with Room 801, responding quickly to our requests. Thanks to the housekeeping team for being so prompt. Makarem Ajyad Makkah is comfortable, with good breakfast and an excellent location very close to Haram, which made Umrah and prayers convenient. Highly recommended if you want comfort and proximity to Haram.

The rooms and restaurant at makarem ajyad makkah hotel were really beautiful and clean, and the view was awesome. The location was excellent. Room service orders came very fast, and the staff service was superfast throughout. delwar hossain. R, Mmohammed saad had good smiles, best behavior, and were friendly and careful with all guests. Restaurant service was fast too, with wonderful supervision in zamzam restaurant and the best hospitaliy from R, M mohammed saad.

Breakfast buffet is the best, if your package includes it, with tons of options for everyone. The hotel is in a busy area just behind the Clock Tower, close to food, groceries, and shopping, with Safwa mall and Clock Tower an easy walk away. It’s a very nice hotel near Masjid Haram, about a 5-7 minute walk depending on the rush to King Abdul Aziz Gate 1. There are men’s and women’s masjids in the hotel, and from the men’s masjid you can see the side of the Haram. Rooms are nice and big, beds are very comfortable, and the washroom has a great shower. We recommend this hotel to everyone.
