I stayed in room 1216 for nearly two weeks during Hajj, and it was clean and well maintained. I’m from west indenes country and really appreciated the hospitality at Hoilday inn Hotel. I enjoyed the food at breakfast and dinner too. The staff were professional, and Manager Mr Naim helped me with small things even when it was busy. He always gave excellent service with a smile and checked what I needed each day. I never felt neglected, and found real hospitality here. Thanks to the management.

We had iftar today at the Italian restaurant, and the food was amazing. The mix grill platter was a highlight, and the Ramadan offers were great too. The service was excellent, with staff who looked after us and didn’t leave anything wanting. Everyone had a good smile. Holiday Inn Hotel Makkah gave us an amazing stay and experience. Thanks for everything!

The service was average, not bad, but there’s room for improvement. I love the calm, relaxing atmosphere and have a lot of lovely memories here. The meals come in a wide variety, and the price is very reasonable for what you get. A quiet, affordable hidden gem in Makkah, and one of my favorite places to stay.

The return trip was the hardest part. We had to change buses twice, and they were often overcrowded around prayer times. The hotel is about 5 to 6 km from Haram; the shuttle usually takes 9 to 10 minutes and drops you near Makarem Hotel, around 400 meters from Haram. Al Baik is just across the road, which was very convenient. We stayed for seven days, went to Madinah, then came back for another seven. The stay was comfortable overall, though in the first week we had to request room service 3 to 5 times before anyone attended to it. Still, a good and comfortable place to stay.

We’ve been here for four nights, and had dinner and breakfast at the Italian Restaurant on CL floor. Breakfast outside this morning was lovely, with a breeze and views of the pool and city. Naim Kazi greeted us with a big smile and helped take our order. He was kind, polite, and helpful to my family. We enjoyed both the food and the service, and would recommend coming here!
