I chose Tower 6 at Makkah Tower because being close to The Masjid-E-Haram at a price I could afford was my main priority, so my parents could be comfortable during their Ibadat. Alhamdulillah, I booked a haram view room and could hear the Adhaan and the full prayer clearly from inside. Gate no 79, leading to Mataf, MashaaAllah, and gate no 84 for the first-floor prayer area were about a five-minute walk away. There were plenty of food choices in the nearby food court and along Ibrahim Khalil road, plus affordable souvenir shops reachable via Ibrahim Khalil road. I hope access to the hotel mosque can be opened to every guest staying in Makkah hotel & towers, since MashaaAllah it seems able to accommodate everyone. The lift was a little slow, and having an oven in the room would be helpful. Alhamdulillah, I'd absolutely recommend it to pilgrims looking to stay as close as possible to Kaaba at an affordable price.

MD Amir at tower 5 made a real difference to our stay at Makkah Towers. He kept our room clean, neat and comfortable, refreshing it every day with care. It was a relaxing place to come back to after long hours of worship at Masjid al-Haram. He was polite, respectful and quick to respond when we needed something. His warm, professional manner made us feel at home and well looked after. We had a genuinely pleasant stay and really appreciated his service. It reflects the hospitality at Makkah Towers, and I'd strongly recommend it.

Ala’a Mulla from the Guest Experience team was especially kind and patient with my elderly parents. She helped them with the Nusak app and went so far out of her way that they felt she was like a daughter to them. Her care made the stay special for our family. Areej Bahaati also checked in regularly to make sure my parents had what they needed and were comfortable. We really appreciated her warmth and professionalism. My parents had a wonderful stay at Makkah Hotel. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety, and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff genuinely care about guests. We'd be very happy to return and recommend the hotel, especially to families travelling with elderly parents.

From 16/02/26 to 21/02/26, my family and I shared one room for four at Makkah Tower. It's very family-oriented, and the location near the Holy Kaaba made trips to the Haram easy and convenient. The stay was comfortable for a family performing Umrah. I would have liked a sound system connected to the Haram Mosque in every room, so guests could listen to prayers. A very good experience and a great option for families.

Customer service was top-class, and we felt cared for throughout our stay at Makkah Towers. Rayan Marzoqi was helpful and polite, and always ready to assist. Yara was welcoming and supportive, while Amal stood out for her professionalism, attentiveness and efficient, careful handling of everything. We appreciate the whole team's efforts and would happily return. We came from Canada and had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The location was perfect for Haram access, and the rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. Highly recommended for a visit to Makkah.
