The building is new and clean, with enough lifts, and it's within walking distance of Haram. But it's on top of a steep hill that's hard to climb, even for younger people, so you need to wait for the hotel bus to go up or down. There are no restaurants in the hotel or nearby at the top, which means waiting for the bus to get food. I paid online for a six-bed room, but when I arrived all the six-bed rooms were occupied, so I had to take a five-bed one. Their policy says there's no refund under any circumstances. There was no WiFi in the rooms. Good value for money, though.

It's a nice, inexpensive place, though walking to Haram means going up and down a hill. Private taxis are hard to find.

For the price, I think it's acceptable, and the location is good. Still, the room wasn't clean, we found ants, and there wasn't much service: no restaurant delivery or free WiFi. No microwave in the room either. The mobile signal was so bad there that I had to go down to the street to use the internet.

The price is really low, which is the best part. The hotel is nice, comparable to some places around al safwa tower, maybe even better. It's about 8 km from Masjid Al-Haram, but taxis are easy to get for around 15SR, or Uber for around 10SR. I'd recommend it.

The rooms are otherwise fine and awesome. It's only the bathrooms that are in bad shape, with water blocked in both the sink and the showers.
