The room and restaurant were both extremely dirty, and the kitchen smell in the restaurant was awful. I couldn't even drink the water. The rooms aren't cleaned, and after we'd been there for five days, we asked management to change the bedding. They said someone would come in 10 minutes, but those 10 minutes never ended 🤣🤣. The lifts are a problem during busy hours too, since they only seem to operate hourly and you can't call one to go upstairs. There are lots of customers, but the hotel doesn't seem interested in improving its service. Avoid it if you want somewhere clean and quiet to rest for a few hours.

I wouldn't touch the food here. The kitchen looked just as filthy and neglected as the rest of the place. When we arrived, the sheets were visibly dirty and clearly hadn't been washed. The staff seemed completely disorganized, and we waited ages for elevators that hardly worked. This was one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed in. Keep your money and find somewhere else.

It's a good hotel, but the main drawback is how far it is from the Haram.

The rooms are kept up well. When it's busy, though, the service suffers. I only saw two shuttle buses, and the shuttle service wasn't very good either.
