For my first Umrah with my family, we had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, and the Haram is only a 5-7 minute walk away. Haneen at the front desk helped me very professionally. Raju from room service was very helpful and gave great service, and Zain the porter was very good too. I’d definitely recommend the hotel and would love to come back.

Mr. Mubarak made my one-day visit feel like home. His housekeeping was a full 10 out of 10, and he stayed with me until every request was handled, then personally walked me to the room. That kind of care really stood out. Mr. Maher at reception was just as welcoming from the moment I arrived. It felt as if we’d known each other for years. The staff and cleanliness are why I highly recommend Maysan Al Mashaer Hotel, and I’ll stay here again. I didn’t get to try breakfast because my flight was very early, so hopefully I can comment on it next time.

I had a good time here. The hotel is very clean, and the staff were friendly and treated me respectfully whenever I asked for something. It’s also well located, a 5-7 minute walk to King Abdulaziz gate at the Haram. The pillows are very large and hard, and caused me neck pain. It’d be good to have some other options. Also, the middle lift didn’t go to our room, which delayed us. All three lifts should serve every floor.

We had an amazing view of the Haram, and the hotel’s close to it. The windows don’t open, sadly, so there’s no way to ventilate the room. Services were great, and they supply water for the rooms and refills on every floor. Raju was helpful and looked after us during our stay. 👍

I reported at 8:00 AM that there was no running water, and was told it would be back in an hour. At 10:00 AM, it still wasn’t running. It’s Friday, when Muslims are recommended to shower before Friday prayers. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
