It was quiet and cozy, and the room was very clean, so we had a good experience. The location is far away, though, and it took us a while to work out how to get to their shuttle bus.

Nearly ten families with valid Booking.com reservations had been waiting at reception for three to seven hours to check in, but staff kept saying the rooms were full. They had allowed discounted prices on Booking.com, then refused check-in to families who arrived with confirmed bookings, claiming there were no rooms. The staff were lying. Worst experience.

It’s pretty far, and the staff are rude, especially the person at reception. You’ll see who I mean when you get there, so try to avoid him. They send you from the first hotel to the second hotel. Apart from the rude staff, it’s been so far, so good.

The service was poor in every area I experienced, from cleanliness to transport between the Haram and the hotel. The reception staff and bus coordinators treated people badly, and reception wasn’t credible. I had a very unsatisfactory stay, so if comfort matters to you, I’d avoid renting here.
