My elderly mother was left in the room without electricity for a long time after a local staff member took the key from our door without explanation. He said something in Arabic, and removing the key cut the power. When I went to the office, I learned they wanted to move us, even though we were already in the correct room. The office staff were rude, selfish, and very unprofessional.
The service was good, but we missed our bus during umrah and nobody called me about it. We had to travel to Madina the next day at our own expense and went through a lot of trouble. That was not acceptable for me. Thank you.
The staff were well trained and informed, and the hospitality felt premium. They were clear with us about the business side from booking through checkout. The food was amazing, with a different surprise each day, and the lobby was spacious, with furniture that made it feel like the entrance to a little palace. The hotel also has the best connections across Mecca Sharif, so the location gets a 10/10 from me. I stayed for 15 days and they made me feel special every day. It's hard to put the whole experience into words.
The staff were unprofessional, especially the catering team.
