Mouta

Really poor service and an awful experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

It's a convenient spot, close to jamarat and to the bus stop for bus number 4, which goes to the haram.

It's a quiet hotel with a good location and plenty of nearby services. There are restaurants including Al Baik, Al Tazaj, Al Kukh Shamil Restaurant, and Al Bukhari, as well as ATMs, a laundry, and different grocery stores. The Makkah bus station is right next door, though I didn't use it because the crowding on the way there and back was unfortunately unethical. The staff members Mr. Abdullah Al Masoud and Muhammad from Egypt were exceptionally polite and treated me very well. May God reward them. Getting to the Haram is a real challenge from here, especially during busy seasons. Even taking the bus is difficult, and taxis cost a huge amount.

I need the hotel's phone number urgently!
