I changed my mind about booking after seeing the receptionist’s attitude. She was rude and couldn’t say a word in English.

I stayed for one night, then moved to a hotel nearer the Haram because the Kaaba felt too far away for convenience. The room itself was good, and the rooms are decent for a three-star hotel, but service was mixed. Room service was lacking and reception weren’t very helpful.

I really liked the design. It was very nice, and I’d welcome the chance to get its support and help.

After I showed him my booking confirmation, he said he would move me to another room, but instead he transferred me to a different hotel. When I asked why, he told me not to talk about it and said he could give me whatever accommodation, anywhere, and it didn’t matter. I had booked this hotel, but apparently he could do what he wanted. I booked for two days, and after the first day an employee told me my time was up and to leave immediately, even though I still had one day left. The hospitality was very bad, and there’s no authority to check customer satisfaction or handle complaints. I’d ask Google to allow a minus-zero-star rating. Higher management should provide a way to submit complaints and train staff in hospitality. Thank you 😊!
