We left and changed hotels after calling our agent. The room was that dirty: leftover medicine on the floor, flies everywhere, and black spots on beds that looked unclean. The staff were rude too. I’d give it less than one star if I could.

I had a confirmed booking and even got a welcome message, but when I arrived the hotel wouldn’t honor it.

One toilet is shared between eight bed spaces, which is a significant problem.

They cancelled my reservation for the following day. When booking through booking dot come on weekends, if or when they get busy, they try to put you off.
