Samama Ajyad Hotel Makkah

The food was very good, and we appreciated both its quality and the variety. The location near the Tower and Al Haram was convenient, and the staff were kind, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. We felt sincerely welcomed from the start and well looked after throughout. Thanks to the hosts, Salah, the kitchen team for their professionalism and great work, and everyone at the hotel. They helped make our stay memorable. I’d gladly come back and recommend the place 🌟

The golf carts weren’t running during Ramadan because the police had stopped them, so the slight uphill slope was a bit of a drawback. Still, the hotel is very close to the Haram and the staff were helpful. I stayed here with my elderly mom, and they did everything they could to make things go well. Our first room was small, but after we raised it with the bellboy, they moved us straight to a bigger one. We also might have missed our train if the receptionist hadn’t called a driver himself and bargained with him. Thanks for all the help.

The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast had good, satisfying choices. Staying close to the Haram made things easy, especially with my mother along. We were in Room 909 at Samama Ajyad Hotel, Makkah, and felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The Hotel Manager, Shaheen, and Arif were professional, kind, and supportive. Muhammad from the morning shift golf car service was also so helpful and made our trips to and from the Haram comfortable. The staff’s hospitality made the stay peaceful and memorable. I’d recommend Samama Ajyad Hotel and would happily return.

Breakfast was good quality and had a nice range of choices, and the service overall was well organized. The hotel’s closeness to the Haram made getting to prayers much easier. Sultan at the front desk was welcoming, professional, and especially helpful. Shaheen, the housekeeper, and his colleagues were efficient, considerate, and attentive to detail. Muhammad also had a great attitude and was professional. I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend the hotel and return.
