The Haram is far enough away that you’ll need to budget for taxis or be prepared to walk. Still, the receptionist was humble, the staff polite, and service was fast. The food was good, the rooms were clean and lively though just alright, and the elevators were quick.

It’s an economical place to stay, and I’d recommend it if you need an affordable room. The staff are friendly and helpful, while the food is average. It’s a bit far from Masjid ul Haram, though local transport from here is always available. For a 2 star hotel, what more can you expect?
